For the Penryn Christmas Lights this year, I (Anna) ran a Willow Lantern-making workshop, with 14 members of the Olive Branch Cafe, at St Gluvias Hall.
Perfect big space to work in at St Gluvias Hall; Everyone making their willow frames at their own table.
I met so many lovely people, so enthusiastic and creative with their designs.
The following week, myself and two other SaltFox helpers, Lizzie and Corin, did a fantastic 2 days lantern making with Penryn Primary School.
At the school we worked with 40 children between ages 7-9 and they made 20 lanterns between them!
That’s a lot of willow.
Sparkling and glowing!
What a great thing to take part in, such a festive atmosphere and really brought Penryn together.
Thank you, and well done all x
